Machining complex products
We have a flexible machine park with a CNC horizontal milling centre, CNC 5-axis vertical milling centre, CNC vertical milling centre and CNC lathes.
In 2019, we increased capacity by adding a Mazak QT-300 lathe, a FAT TUR 1550MN lathe and a Fermat WFT-13 milling machine with a working area of five metres.
Certified welding
We have the following certificates: NS-EN ISO 3834-2 and NS-EN 1090. Our welding procedures comprise pipe and structure welding of carbon steel, stainless steel and acid-proof steel, duplex, super-duplex and aluminium, in accordance with Standards Norway and Norsok.

Raw materials are processed in our prefab department, including:
plate cutting with water, plasma and acetylene, up to 300 mm thickness
saws, up to 800 mm in diameter
plate roller, up to 40 mm at length of 3.0 metres
plate bender, up to 10 mm thickness
press machines, up to 525 tonnes
